For awhile now I have been going through what I have been calling a "Technology rebellion". I am enjoying my land lines and visits with real people. However, I started to realize that my kids knew more about each other than I did because they kept up on their blogs. So . . . under somewhat duress I have taken the plunge (with the capable help of Laura) into blogging. This isn't going to be easy for me, but I have enjoyed reading all the blogs in the family and admire and am envious of the great job you guys have done on yours. Hopefully, as I go along I will learn how to add pictures, videos, etc.
I have resigned myself to the fact that I will never be good at texting, and be up on all the social technology, but at least you all know you can call me whenever and talk to me. At least this way I can keep a more permanent record of our family and maybe I might even find out more about myself! Stay tuned for events and the crazy happenings in the life of the Syphuses!

yeah, pretty much I'm not coming over anymore because you have a blog! Why, when I can just click over and see what you're doing? I don't even have to call? Yeah right! You can't sew stuff and snuggle babies over the internet! Don't worry mom :) I'll still be in your hair practically 24/7 and now I can even more on your blog!
